Child Arrangements
Making arrangements for your children following a separation can be difficult, which is why our team lead with a sensitive approach and will work with you to resolve any issues as amicably as possible.
Care Proceedings
In the event that the local authority deems a child as being at risk or unsafe, they may begin care proceedings to obtain parental responsibility over the child and decide where it is safest for them to live. Get in touch with our team to find out more.
Special Guardianship
Under the difficult circumstances in which a Special Guardianship Order is needed, we have the experience and empathetic approach to make sure the children involved are provided with a secure living situation with as little disruption as possible.
